At Wasagun, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Please contact our Customer Care Center at info@wasagun.com right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Contact us first.
Any return or exchange without prior application will not be accepted. Please review our full return policy:
WAYS TO RETURN
- Online returns are simple if you email info@wasagun.com requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require authorization, which is issued only by email.
- If the item meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would give you our shipping address to return it, please ship the item back within 7 days, after receiving our refund confirmation email(usually within 24-48 hours).
- Please email us the tracking number after shipping back.
- We’ll contact you back after we're receiving the item. Your refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.
These content should be included in your email:
- Order number
- The reason why Return or Exchange
- Photos or video to show the item is original or non-human damage.
Once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Notice:
If the furniture is not working caused of non-human factors, please email us with the order ID and a video of the product problem, we will review it and offer solutions as soon as possible once receiving the email.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Please ensure that the item you're returning or exchanging is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
If you’re exchanging for non-human factors, we’ll send a replacement within 7 days.

Refund
If the item is returned in brand-new condition with all packaging intact due to non-human factors(defective or damaged), we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;
Once we receive your returned item, a refund takes up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us via www.wasagun.com with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
